Rudolf acquires full ownership of ACCESS Rudolf Technologies (ART)

Geretsried, Germany, October 18th, 2024 – Rudolf is pleased to announce that it has acquired 100% ownership of ACCESS Rudolf Technologies (ART), the joint venture previously established with ACCESS Technologies LLC. This strategic move underscores Rudolf’s commitment to expanding its footprint and capabilities in the North American market.

The acquisition of ART, headquartered in Rock Hill, South Carolina, marks a significant milestone for Rudolf. By taking full control of ART, Rudolf aims to further enhance its innovative product offerings and market reach in silicone polymers and emulsions. This move aligns with Rudolf’s strategy to leverage its world-class R&D capabilities and expand beyond its core textile market.

ACCESS Rudolf Technologies, LP is proud to have achieved Registration status for ACCESS SF 350 FGK to the NSF International Registration Guidelines for Proprietary Substances and Nonfood Compounds. ART has achieved both 3H and H1 registrations. H1 registration is relevant for the food packaging and food processing industries for lubricants. 3H registration is relevant for our food processing industry customers as approving the product for direct food contact. These registrations further our efforts toward being a value-added supplier for our customers servicing the food and beverage processing and food packaging industries.

ACCESS RUDOLF TECHNOLOGIES, LP is pleased to announce a partnership with dar-tech, inc. dar-tech will represent the ART product lines in the Midwest and Ohio Valley regions of the United States. Rock Hill, SC (USA), January 2022 — Rudolf Group and ACCESS Technologies LLC are pleased to announce the establishment of a 50/50 Joint Venture named ACCESS Rudolf Technologies (ART), with Headquarters in Rock Hill, South Carolina (USA). Steve Savastano, ACCESS Technologies’ founder, and the president has been appointed CEO of ART. Anticipating emerging industry trends, ART fosters industrial collaboration and synergies. It aims to develop and market significant innovations in silicone polymers and emulsions throughout a wide spectrum of markets.
